We want you to receive the right product. If goods are faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are preserved.

Change-of-mind cancellations

Bespoke goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation only where legally applicable and where this is explained before purchase. Consumer service cancellation rights are explained separately and are not automatically excluded because goods are bespoke.

For our measured-and-fitted service, contact us to discuss any issue so we can agree the appropriate inspection, repair, replacement or refund. There are no blanket non-refundable deposits. Photos may help us assess an issue but are not mandatory.
