Warranty & Product Care
Sunhat Awnings provides a 12-month guarantee from installation, covering defects in materials or workmanship. We measure and fit every current order ourselves.
Making a guarantee claim
Email a claim to info@sunhat-awnings.co.uk with proof of purchase. For a covered defect, we may repair or replace the affected product.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse, or weather damage where that cause contributed to the defect. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
Care and safe use
Clean the fabric gently, and let it dry fully before storing. Check fittings regularly. Fold back or remove the awning in strong winds or adverse weather, and follow the guidance given at fitting. The Beaufort 5 tested statement on our homepage is not a certification.
