These terms apply to Sunhat Awnings quotations, specifications, products and services. Our current service is made-to-measure awnings measured and fitted by Sunhat. Requests for a free measure do not place a paid order.
Quotations and acceptance
A quotation becomes binding when its specification and price are accepted. Sunhat measures and checks your windows at the home visit. Your written quotation confirms the agreed specification, price and fitting arrangements before you place an order. Sunhat remains responsible for errors it makes. Prices are in GBP and any fees are confirmed before commitment.
Measurements and installation
Installation covers Chelsea, Fulham and nearby (subject to postcode confirmation). You must obtain any property permissions and provide safe access. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Service cancellation rights are explained separately. Bespoke-goods rules do not automatically remove those rights.
